About Me

Hello there! Welcome to Clicks and Cuts. I assume you want to get to know me more, hence you clicked that "about me" button. So let's start with visualization of how I look like.

This is me when I get all dolled up.

This is the regular me.

I'm a social worker by profession. I love being a social worker. However, I chose to change career path a few months before the end of year 2011. I finally decided to follow my heart's true desires, to write and sell my crafts. So I am now a  freelance writer (home based) and an aspiring entrepreneur. I’m new at this, and it’s not easy, but there's something in doing what you are passionate about that makes you happy even though it's difficult in the beginning. Whenever I stumble, I get up more hopeful and determined than ever.  It also gives me satisfaction and contentment. I'm so glad I have the guts to follow my heart now.

I am a lover of romance. Thus, I read romantic novels and watch romantic movies excessively.

Jed is my fiancée and the most important person in my life. We are miles and miles away from each other now. Yet, amazingly, through the distance, our love just brings us closer and closer to each other every day. We are so sure we can get through this ordeal. We believe that our LOVE is bigger than any distance.

Another reason for my existence is my family. They are my strengths as they are also my weaknesses.

I don't have a lot of friends. Just few whom I know are true and loyal to me. I never pass an opportunity to let them know how important they are to me.

I cry easily but that doesn’t mean I am a sad person. I guess I am just easily moved by heartwarming or heart breaking situations. Truth be told, I'm jolly most of the time, always looking for reasons to smile or laugh, to feel happy and to feel grateful of God's wonderful blessings in my life. I'm not religious, but I believe that there is God who is amazing beyond compare. Who keeps showering me with blessings since the day I was born.

At the end of the day, when I ask myself what I really want to achieve in life, I always come up with 2 simple yet hard to come by things, to be a wonderful wife and an amazing mother.

I am not perfect. I can be short tempered and tactless when I get pissed off. I get jealous. I criticize when I get insecure. I gossip. I can do awful things like any human beings do but I try to resists the urge as much as I can. I try to be a good person amidst my imperfections.

On this blog, I write about all of that, and more... Once worth remembering thought Clicks my brain, I had to write it on my blog. So that when my limited brain memory capacity decides to Cut that thought, I have something that would remind of it. Thus, Clicks and Cuts as a title of my blog.
